Description:	Addition of return character in raw ASCII data for Stata users

For Stata users, the raw (ASCII) data file (anes2008TS_dat.txt) should have a hard return character added to the end of the file. This file is used with downloaded Stata setup (.do and .dct) files to create a Stata system file.
